Q. Where do the health coaching sessions take place?

A. Sessions will be held via phone or zoom so you can remain in the comfort of your home, workplace or your favourite place to relax.


Q. Will I need to start dieting?

A. There are no diets, calorie counting or restrictive practices.  Where required I will introduce you to a healthy relationship with food that will nourish your body and soul.

Q. How many sessions will I need?

A. It depends on your current situation and what your goals are.  This is something that can discussed during the initial session.


Q. ​What kind of training and experience do you have?

I am a certified Level 3 Health and Wellness Coach through Wellness Coaching Australia as well as a Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV) with over 10 years experience.  I personally have a strong background in health and fitness, running and competing in many distance and ultra marathon events.
