The best way for me to help you is to listen to you, learn about you and understand you. What do you really want from your life? What challenges you? What is blocking you from feeling your best? What makes you feel good?  


I will ask you the questions you might be avoiding, foster self-awareness to give you the motivation to change, strengthen your belief system so you can make the best choices that align with your values and goals, use positive psychology tools to help you build healthy habits that integrate into your life and last and guide you to achieve goals that are meaningful.

I am your cheerleader, tough love coach and your accountability partner.  You will be supported, empowered, engaged and inspired .
